  Services

We focus around three main areas to describe the 'People' services we offer:

1- To get the right person for the job (through recruitment, through training)
2- To analyse, design or build the right solutions (consulting advice on processes and/or tool development)
3- To manage the project into a success - ie. on time, within budget and according to customer expectations (project mgt, change mgt)

  1. Finding the right Person

* Recruitment Services: Although this is not our core business, based on our extensive experience in this 'people and consulting' business, we have the 'feeling' to screen the candidates according to your criteria and our knowhow. Both for permanent recruiting as for temporary work, we have a large network of potential candidates in the Be-Ne-Fra-Lux-Ger.

* Training Services: If you cannot find the right person for the job, there is always the possibility to train a good potential to achieve the required skills.  We offer custom-made training sessions, ranging from one-on-one coaching to classroom training. Usually these training sessions focus on Project management, SAP technology and Business Intelligence skills.

  2. Finding the right Solution

* Solution definition and Software selection: When clients are faced with a problem, one can recommend new or changed procedures and/or system automations. In both areas, we can assist the clients in selecting and defining the right way to go. Regarding technology, usually we are more biased towards SAP technology but we do realise this is not always the best decision for the customer. Therefore we have a range of complementary experience with other vendors and will not refrain from advising those solutions.

* Customising and Development services: If existing software products do not comply (sufficiently), we can offer SAP consultants and/or IT developers to custom-ise the required solution.

  3. Making the Project a Success

* Project Management : Everyone ever involved in Project work knows that a succesfull project not only depends on having good technical expertise in your team. Phasing the project, setting the right expectations, evaluating suggested technical solutions and assessing risks are main tasks of the project manager.  We believe strongly that a purely procedural approach with Prince, PMI or any other recognised methodology is not good enough to do these tasks.  Communication skills, Business expertise and hands-on experience make the difference.  A difference we believe to provide.

* Change Management : On larger projects, where a project manager cannot take charge of all, a change manager can help you with organising: business workshops, internal communication plans, testing phases, end user training and documentation. A role often forgotten and a role often reason for project failure.
