We are a management consulting company focused on midsized to larger companies based in the European continent.  We are active since 2003 and are specialised in managing your projects.

Our approach is generally based on 'six sigma' principles and 'kaizen'. After helping you obtain insights into your business operations or based on your existing insights, we assist you in defining and implementing any projects that is considered as 'business critical'.   And then we measure our impact !

Value Based Consulting - Usually we implement changes within the context of clear upfront set objectives eg. Reducing Working Capital requirements, increasing cash levels, customer facing time, etc...Those projects usually are procedural, organisational ánd system oriented but we always take the most pragmatic approach. The times of huge resource pools and equally huge billing amounts are over.
Customers want value for money, and this is what we bear in our core values.

Because of our background, working in larger to midsized companies, we have a lot of experience within companies running SAP or at least having this intention. Anyhow, SAP is not a requirement, other companies can rely on us for our services.

Technology wise, in order to reduce the technical implementation time, we defined a couple of 'packaged' business solutions based on SAP and Microsoft, two undisputed world leaders in business software.
